וּבְהַקְהִ֖יל אֶת־הַקָּהָ֑ל תִּתְקְע֖וּ וְלֹ֥א תָרִֽיעוּ׃

But when the assembly is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm.
